Clicks ClubCard Pricing

Clicks ClubCard discount is only applicable from Monday to Friday. On weekends you will only receive points on your card.

The discount applies to two tickets per card per day, regardless of age.

Ticket prices are R 29,50 per ticket for 2D movies, and R 47,50 per ticket for 3D movies.

A movie is released but is not showing in my local cinema on the site?
The movie may not be released as yet at your cinema. The cinemas the movie is showing at will be listed on the Movie information page. Or you can select Book Now / Show times to view the movie and show time information.
 
Are my online payments secure?
We have taken the required measures to ensure your online payments and details remain confidential and secure when using this facility.
 
Can I purchase tickets online?
Tickets to all showing movies can be purchased online. This can be done from the "Book now" area or from the "Book Now / Showtimes" buttons next to all movies and also from the Book now buttons on the movie pages.
 
How do I purchase a ticket?
Step 1: To purchase tickets online, simply select either the movie name or the cinema from the dropdown lists in the top right corner of the site.

Alternatively you can select to book from any movie information page or by clicking on the “Book now / Show Times” button.

Step 2: Select the time you would like to book for from the menu underneath the cinema or movie name. To show this menu, click on either the “ Book Now/ Showtimes “ link or click on the cinema name. The menu will appear below.

Step 3: Select your preferred seats by clicking on the seats in the “ Select Your Seats “ window.

Step4: Confirm your choice of movie from the “ Review your Order “ window by selecting the “ Check Out “ button. Should you wish to add another movie, select the “ Add Another Movie “ button.

Step 5: Enter your payment details into the form provided and then click the “ Submit “ button to process your order.

Step 6: If your payment was successful, you will receive a page with your booking details as confirmation of your booking, onscreen and via e-mail. If your payment is unsuccessful, you will receive a message onscreen and via email notifying you of this. Should this occur, please check the credit card details entered are correct and resubmit.

If you have 3d Secure on your credit card there is an addition step between 5 and 6 for enrolling into the 3d Secure program, or inserting your pin. If you cancel at this point the booking is canceled.
 
How do I redeem my ticket?
Please ensure that you claim your tickets using the same credit card as per the details you supplied during the payment process, and that you have your reference number with you should you encounter any difficulty.

To redeem your ticket simply swipe your credit card at the self-service kiosk. Tickets can also be collected at the Cinema on presentation of the credit card used to make the booking.
 
My local cinema is not showing in the drop down?
The cinema may not be available for booking at that point. Please try again later.
 
What do the various age restriction symbols mean?
Listed alphabetically:
A - All Ages.
B - Blasphemy.
D - Drugs.
L - Language.
M - Mature Accompaniment.
N - Nudity.
P - Prejudice.
PG - Parental Guidance.
S - Sex.
V - Violence.
 
What is required for booking a ticket?
In order to book a ticket you will need a valid credit card and an e-mail address so we can send you the ticket booking confirmation.
 
Where can I redeem my ticket?
Your ticket is redeemable at the Nu Metro Cinema that the movie was booked for.
